OneThing

Terms & Conditions

Effective May 11, 2026

The short version: OneThing is offered to you free of charge for personal use. We do our best to make it useful, but it comes with no guarantees. Don't redistribute it, don't reverse-engineer it for harmful purposes, and don't blame us if a focus session doesn't fix everything in your life.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using OneThing (the "app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Who we are

OneThing is developed by Santhosh Kumar, operating as SanJan, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at usefuldailyapps@gmail.com.

3. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use OneThing on any Android device that you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial focus and productivity needs.

OneThing itself, its source code, design, artwork, themes, animations, and all other materials remain our property and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

4. Things you may not do

5. Optional one-time purchase

OneThing offers an optional one-time "lifetime support" purchase. This purchase is a thank-you and does not unlock any additional functionality — every feature of OneThing is free for every user.

Payments are processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Because we do not handle your payment information, refund requests should be made through your Google Play order history.

6. Updates to the app

We may release updates to OneThing from time to time to add features, fix bugs, improve performance, or comply with platform changes. Some updates may be installed automatically by Google Play depending on your settings.

We may discontinue features that are not widely used, or change the way existing features work. We will do our best to communicate material changes through the app's update notes on Google Play.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

8. Limitation of liability

For purchases made through Google Play Billing, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the relevant purchase.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of OneThing or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence to use OneThing at any time if you materially breach these Terms. You may terminate your licence at any time by uninstalling the app.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to OneThing or these Terms, subject to applicable consumer protection laws of the country in which you reside.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of OneThing after a change to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of OneThing is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms a part of these Terms.
